Christofi Law clients Apex Property have won the Legacy Award of Excellence Richard Reed Profit Category in support of Make-A-Wish UK .
In a presentation at the Savoy Hotel in London, Apex Directors Aamir Safdar and Gulamehhdi Sumar accepted the award on behalf of his company from TV pundit and former Liverpool FC professional footballer Robbie Fowler.
Previous winners include TV Personality James Caan and Teresa Graham CBE.
Mr Safdar – who started the property investment business with a small bank loan – said “its nice to be acknowledged for our ingenuity and innovation” whilst partner Gulamehddi Sumar, who also carries out humanitarian work, added “its especially satisfying when the LEA Awards contribute to such a good charity”.
Apex have a number of other developments up their sleeve and hope to follow their success with more award winning developments.
