Chris Christofi is to be featured in a BBC documentary on the work carried out by Parking Adjudicators dealing with parking ticket scandals.
In the documentary Chris presents a case to the Adjudicators and criticises the revenue raising antics of Brentwood District Council. Chris is also to be featured telling the Adjudicators that they should consider fining local authorities and compensating victims who appeal successfully against rogue parking authorities.
